The struct already only carries shards (one field per chain shard file), so the 'Shard' qualifier in the type name was redundant. Drop it. Identifier is unexported and used in three sites only inside configs/configs.go, so the rename has no API impact on consumers. Values, not places: the type captures 'the set of primary-network chain genesis blobs' — qualifying it by where the data came from (shard files) is a place-leak, not a value distinction.
