The GET / handler was a prefix catch-all (Go 1.22): unmatched reads like
/about/indexing returned the banner JSON, so the app parsed a missing lastSync
-> date-fns 'Invalid time value' crash on the Safe dashboard. Anchor root with
{$}, add about/about-indexing(synced)/master-copies + empty safe-apps/owned-safes,
and 404 everything else so RTK Query renders empty states instead.
