Fix build for GOARCH=wasm with GOOS=js or GOOS=wasip1 (#2048)
Fixes the following build failures: GOOS=js GOARCH=wasm go build ./... GOOS=wasip1 GOARCH=wasm go build ./... Depends on: https://github.com/dgraph-io/ristretto/pull/375 Signed-off-by: Christian Stewart <christian@aperture.us>
