* Add wCLP (Chilean Peso) stablecoin token

wCLP is a fully collateralized stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Chilean Peso (CLP), issued by a Ripio subsidiary. Added across Ethereum, Base, Polygon, BSC, and Gnosis chains.

* Fix X and Telegram links

- Renamed `twitter` to `x`
- Removed non-perma Telegram invite link
